Virtual Presentation Details

Instructions for the virtual annual meeting will be emailed to all session chairs in February 2021. If you are a session chair and do not receive a notification by 1 March 2021, please email the ASECS Office.

Some concurrent sessions will be presented as pre-recorded sessions on the virtual platform on 7-11 April 2021 during the annual meeting. This will include an opportunity for presenters and attendees to "chat" about the sessions during the concurrent session time. More information will be forthcoming.

Posters will be available on-demand on the virtual platform for all of the conference. Each poster will feature an accessible pdf of the poster and, if provided, a short presentation video of the poster. Attendees will be able to ask questions about posters in a discussion forum site of the virtual platform at any time during the annual meeting.
